Replacement of flow switch

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OF FLOW SWITCH FOR HEATER H30

Note that filter systems may be different but the principle of changing and how valves are handled is the same.

The flow switch is fixed with 2 screws. See the first picture. Make sure it is in the right place so that it can move freely with the water flow. Picture "CORRECT" shows how it should be mounted and in picture "WRONG" it is incorrectly installed.

  2. Start the circulation pump and close the valve with yellow circle after a few seconds.
  3. Break the power.

  4. Remove the electric heater that is attached with 2 nuts.

  5. Loosen the screws on the heater cover and remove it.

  7. Loosen the 2 brown wires for the micro switch and attach them to the new micro switch.

  8. Press the micro switch firmly into the "pocket" of the flow monitor.

  9. Mount the heater and open the 2 valves.

  10. Power can now be turned on and the pump started.

ATTENTION! If a UV-C cleaner is also installed, the valve for it must also be closed so that water cannot flow in the "back way".
