In addition to choosing to sell hot tubs directly to the end customer without intermediaries, we have also not built any expensive ones service organization. From our own experience, we know that the equipment we use in terms of pumps and electronics are reliable. Rarely service is needed that requires e.g. electrical knowledge and if this is the case, the fastest and easiest way is to hire a local electrician.

There are spa baths with equipment that require specially trained experts, but our models do not belong there. We are also available if electrician or anyone else would have to ask or ask for advice. In the case of installation where an electrician is required, we are not nor further away than a phone call.

We also recommend that our customers give us the contact details of the electricians to be hired for installation, so we can review beforehand how the system is structured and works. This provides a faster and cheaper installation.
Air pump (blower) 1 x 400 W
Our instructions also contain everything described that is required for a quick and easy installation. No complications! Same also applies to use, water hygiene and maintenance of surfaces. The general warranty period is 2 years and in the cases they would if needed, we are quick to help.
Electric heater 1 x 3 kW
Pumps are manufactured by LX, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of circulation and massage pumps for spa baths. An important thing, which at the same time, a security for you as a user is that we use the same pumps and heaters, filters and control systems our other spas and therefore always have spare parts in stock should they be needed.
