Our spas have been developed according to our many years of experience in the Nordic market with top class insulation. We are also used to strong cold in them regions where we have our base with companies and staff and have therefore had access to an authentic test site with a Nordic varying climate.
The bottom of the hot tub is made of the material ABS and there are 9 plates that are 35 mm high and filled with insulation. Above the bottom there is also an insulation of 44 etc. insulation. Where the plates are, the insulation will be 79 mm. If you want a bottom with virtually no energy losses, the bath can be placed on one flat surface, without air gaps, and joint foam is applied inside the outer edge. Here is an explanation in text and image of the effective one the isolation principle.
Also unique to our models is the special filtering and emptying function This is a safe way to empty your spa without the risk of freezing damage or growth of bacteria inside pipes where water otherwise remains. Very useful e.g. if you do not intend to use the spa for several people weeks/months. Most hot tubs are designed to be filled with water all year round and emptying them safely is not possible. Because we know that there may be a need to also have a spa bath emptied in a safe way even in winter, so we solved this in a smart and simple way.
We have also developed a new way to filter the water which makes it cleaner but above all much easier to clean the filter media.
The acrylic material used is manufactured by Lucite International, Inc., USA. It is heated in an oven and sucked down with a vacuum into the mold where it is allowed to cool.
After this, a reinforcement is made with fiberglass carried out with robotic technology.
After the fiberglass reinforcement has dried, the first layer of high density PU insulation foam is sprayed onto the spa shell.
